Guiding Peeter at Tijuca National Park

July 13. Here's Peeter from Sweden digiscoping a Black-cheeked Gnateater (Conopophaga melanops) that put on a show during a guided tour in the Tijuca National Park in the morning.

Despite the rainy morning, he was able to add this and other species to his lifelist, such as the small Dusky-throated Hermit (Phaethornis squalidus), Slaty-breasted Wood-Rail (Aramides saracura) and Swallow-tailed Manakin (Chiroxiphia caudata).

Thank you Peeter for trusting my services and also to Ricardo Barbosa from Pica Pau Tours for recommending me once again!
